He was born in Cleveland, Ohio. He was a licensed electrical engineer.
David was a baseball enthusiast and followed the Cleveland Indians, Baltimore Orioles and Tampa Bay Rays; and he was an animal lover.
David is survived by his sisters, Valerie J. Hodge, Patricia Bovi and Florence Yerashunas and his brother, Paul Yerashunas.
