Donald Malcolm Warner

Warner, Donald Malcolm age 70, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, September 16, 2025. He was born in Orlando, Florida.

Don was a Deacon at Sts. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. He was a support staffer at Newcomer Funeral Home.

Loved his work in the church, especially teaching in RCIA and Welcome. He loved to give homilies. We founded Retrouvaille in Orlando and presented the first weekend in 1989. This has been a lifelong ministry for us. He was ordained in 1993 at the age of 38 and at that time was the youngest deacon to be ordained. He met me at the University of Florida in 1977 and has been an obnoxious fan for 48 years. We have 3 children and he never tired of joking around, telling stories or cooking.

He is survived by his wife Sonia B. Warner, daughter, Sara E. Warner, sons, Matthew D. Warner and Patrick D. Warner.
