Donald (Don) P. Zill

June 18, 1951 — December 7, 2024

Donald P. Zill, 73, of Orlando, passed away in his home on Saturday, December 7, 2024. He was preceded in death by his wife Phyllis S., parents Howard P. and Elizabeth A. Zill and his brother Ron H. Zill. He was born in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Orlando in 1957. 

In life we all have a date we were born and a date we will pass. In between, we all have a dash. Don spent his dash working for over 40 years in the pool business.  More importantly, he spent it loving his family and friends, enjoying his time on the water - fishing and boating, working hard, playing hard and enjoying life. Don loved all dogs, & never met a stray cat he could say no to. 

Don is survived by sons, Mark A. Gerrol, Scott N. (Heidi) Gerrol and daughter, Melissa R. (Mark) Ellison; grandchildren, Logan J. Gerrol, Anna M. Gerrol, Landon A. Gerrol, Caitlyn E. Ellison and Jacob T. Ellison.
