Elcia Norris Kirby, age 75, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, July 19, 2018. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico on April 15, 1943.
She is preceded in death by her parents, father, Manuel Sanchez, mother, Providencia Roche. She is survived by her sons, John Davies, and David John Davies.
A gathering of family and friends will be held from 1PM-2PM Friday, July 27 at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals, and Receptions, East Orlando Chapel. A memorial service will begin at 2PM.
