Emory Eugene Kersey, 76 of Orlando passed away January 7, 2008. He was born in Plant City, Florida and was retired as a cook from the United States Air Force.
He is survived by his wife, Jane Kersey; daughter, Sara J. Niell of Cedar Hill, Tx; son, Jimmie Kersey of Orlando; brother, Larry Kersey of Kibbe, GA; 2 grandsons and 1 great granddaughter.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11:00 on Wednesday, January 9, 2008 at Shenandoah Baptist Church, 7308 Persing Avenue, Orlando. Visitation will be held on Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Interment will be in Vidalia, Georgia.
