Ernesto Jose Gimenez Romero, age 84, of Winter Park, Florida passed away on Wednesday, September 3, 2025.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Macario Rojas and Maria Rosa Gimenez.

He is survived by his wife, Ernestina Gimenez, children, Gisela (Giovanni Medina) Gimenez de Medina, Ernesto (Veruska Nava) Gimenez and Isole Pinero, grandchildren, Giselle (David Morefield) Morefield Medina, Alejandro (Samantha Calmon) Medina, Seth Gimenez, Jhaidy Nava, and Gabriela Leal great grandchildren, Aleena Strong, Elias Halim and Layla Halim.

Visitation is Wednesday, September 10, 2025 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm with funeral service starting at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel), 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
