He was born on December 16, 1950 in Orlando, FL; son to his late parents, Evelyn (Langham) and Ervin Alfred, Jr.
Ervin is survived by Sister, Susan Manney of Orlando; and was preceded in death by his parents, and his two sons, Matthew and James Manney.
