Fernando Luis Sanchez Vizcarrondo

Con gran pesar, anunciamos el fallecimiento de Fernando Luis Sánchez Vizcarrondo, quien dejó este mundo el 12 de marzo de 2025 a la edad de 64 años. Fernando fue un querido esposo, padre, abuelo, hermano, tío y amigo, cuya presencia infundía calidez y alegría a quienes lo rodeaban.

Nacido el 11 de diciembre de 1960, Fernando sirvió brevemente en el ARMY de los Estados Unidos como cocinero antes de dedicarse a su carrera como jardinero en una comunidad de residencias de ancianos en Orlando, Florida. Su bondad y dedicación dejaron una huella imborrable en muchas vidas.

A Fernando le sobreviven su querida esposa, Karen Pacheco; sus hijas, Rose Michelle Sánchez, Michelle Casiano, María Lynnette Sánchez y Michelle Laboy; y sus queridos nietos. También le sobreviven sus hermanos, Ángel Hirán Verdejo, José Alberto Lacen, Norma Awilda Vizcarrondo, Carmen M. Lacen y María Socorro Lacen. Fue un tío cariñoso para muchos sobrinos y sobrinas, quienes lo adoraban y se sintieron profundamente influenciados por su sabiduría, humor y espíritu generoso.

Ahora se reúne en paz con su difunto hijo, Fernando Sánchez Jr.; sus padres, María Socorro Vizcarrondo Adino y Carlos Rafael Sánchez Pasols; sus hermanos, Ángel Luis Vizcarrondo y Rafael Carlos Sánchez; y su hermana, Sandra Evelyn Lacen.

Fernando era muy querido por todos los que lo conocieron. Tenía un gran sentido del humor que podía alegrar incluso los días más difíciles. Aunque enfrentó sus propias dificultades, amaba profundamente a su familia y siempre se esforzó por estar ahí para quien lo necesitara. Su corazón era generoso, y su presencia se extrañará indescriptiblemente.

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Fernando Luis Sanchez Vizcarrondo, who left this world on March 12, 2025, at the age of 64. Fernando was a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought warmth and laughter to those around him.

Born on December 11, 1960, Fernando served briefly in the U.S. Army as a cook before dedicating his career as a groundskeeper for a retirement home community in Orlando, Florida. His kindness and dedication left a lasting impact on many lives.

Fernando is survived by his loving wife, Karen Pacheco Sanchez; his daughters, Rosa Sanchez, Michelle Casiano, Maria Linnette Sanchez, and Michelle Sanchez Laboy; and his many cherished grandchildren. He also leaves behind his siblings, Angel Hiran Verdejo, Jose Alberto Lacen, Norma Awilda Vizcarrondo, Carmen M. Lacen, and Maria Socorro Lacen. He was a loving uncle to many nieces and nephews, who adored him and were deeply influenced by his wisdom, humor, and generous spirit.

He is now reunited in peace with his late son, Fernando Sanchez Jr.; his parents, Maria Socorro Vizcarrondo Adino and Carlos Raphael Sanchez Pasols; his brothers, Angel Luis Vizcarrondo and Raphael Carlos Sanchez; and his sister, Sandra Evelyn Lacen.

Fernando was loved by all who knew him. He had a great sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest days. Though he faced his own struggles, he loved his family deeply and always tried to be there for anyone in need. His heart was generous, and his presence will be missed beyond words.

His memory will live on in the hearts of those who loved him. May he rest in peace.
