She was born on August 4, 1923 in Brooklyn, New York to Theodore and Louise (Blount) Bean who have both preceded her in death. Frances was a homemaker and of the Catholic Faith.
She is survived by her daughters, Delores Squires, Pricella Ford and Ina V. Brown-Benjamin; son, Joseph Brown; brothers, Ronald Bean and Bernard Bean;; sisters, Wilhelmina Armstrong and Julia Covington; 12 grandchildren, 23 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren.
