Francisca was born on March 12, 1922 in Bayamon, Puerto Rico. She was a homemaker and attended St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Orlando.
Francisca was preceded in death by her parents, Evaristo Sierra and Rosa Diaz and her daughter, Basilia Melendez and is survived by her daughter's, Carmen Perez, Zoraida Wlovarczyk, Ana Iris Oyola, Nelly Gonzalez and Maria Medina; son, Emilio Medina; brother's Juan Sierra, Jesus Sierra and Rafael Sierra; sister, Lola Flores; 20 grandchildren; 29 great Grandchildren and 6 Great Great Grandchildren.
