Frank Seidl entered eternal rest on July 9 th , 2025 with his wife Corinne and his children at his side. He was a devoted husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. 

Frank was born November 22, 1946 in Queens, New York to the late Frank and Ann (Layok) Seidl. He married his cherished wife Corinne of 41 years, on June 16, 1984. 

Frank devoted his life to a life of service. He served as a NY City Police Officer for 1 year before transferring to the NY City Fire Department where he served for 21 years. After retiring from the Fire Department Frank pursued a career as a Registered Nurse caring for patients for 26 years eventually retiring to the Sunshine state of Florida. 

When Frank lived in New York he and his wife enjoyed time on their boat with friends and spending weekends at Davis Park in the summertime. His pride and joy was his 37’ Silverton sportfish boat that he proudly named “Great Scott”. He was exceptionally skilled at piloting the boat and was happiest at the helm. Frank also served as the Assistant Chief in the Davis Park Volunteer Fire Department. He was an avid runner, enjoyed fishing and crabbing with his children and rooting for his favorite sport teams, the NY Mets and the NY Jets. 

Frank is survived by his wife Corinne, daughter Linda Lollo (Anthony Lollo), son Scott Seidl (Kelly Seidl) and Frank Seidl. His step-sons William Bazarewski (Tracy Bazarewski) and David Bazarewski.; 11 grandchildren and 2 great grandsons.; Sister Ann Dolega (Jim Dolega) and brother Charles Seidl (Michele Seidl). He was preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Laureen Vernagas. 

A Memorial service will be held at 12pm on July 16, 2025 at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Seminole 335 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750. Visitation with the family will precede the memorial service from 10am-12pm. 

In lieu of flowers the family is requesting donations in his name be made to the Alzheimer’s Association @ https://www.alz.org/
