Freddie Jones

Freddie Jones, age 84, of Orlando, Florida passed away on Thursday, March 19, 2026.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Miguel Alamo Sr. and Marie Alamo, son, Quadir Shabazz, and brothers, Lester Jones and Demetrious Alamo.

Freddie is survived by his wife, Elizabeth Jones, son, Freddie Jones, Jr., daughter, Deondrea C. Jones, grandchildren, Akila Shabazz-Onotu, RaeEsha Shabazz, Christos A. Linardos-Jones, Quinn T. Jones, Travis T. Jones and Latricia E. Jones-Brown, great-grandchildren, Christos I. Jones, Jr., Ameila Jones, Athena Jones, Milo Jones, Alexia Diaz and Deanna Diaz, sister, Lydia Alamo, brother, Miguel Alamo, sister, Carmen Corke, sister, Michelle Alamo, brother, Johnny Robinson, brother Stanley Robinson, sister-in-law, LeWanda Alamo, aunts, O'Nita Butler who is 100 years old and Willie Lee "Mickey" Jones who is 97 years old, and host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and national and international friends.

Memorial service is Saturday, April 11, 2026 at 5pm at the Christmas Baptist Church, 23600 E. Colonial Drive, Christmas, FL 32709.

Arrangements are by Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (East Orlando Chapel).
