Gary Franklin Creed

Gary Franklin Creed, 74 of Orlando, FL passed away peacefully on February 27, 2026. He was born in Orlando, FL on July 24, 1951 to Henry “Jack” Creed and Mary Ruth (Hobgood) Creed.

Gary loved the outdoors. He started a tree service company that he owned and operated for over forty years, where he enjoyed his workdays in the sun. His life was anchored in faith and he found peace near the water. His ideal day would be casting a line from the riverbank or relaxing on the beach with family and friends. Gary loved traveling to the Keys, especially if he was able to go during Lobster Season with his son and family.

Gary is survived by his wife, Peggy Gamble; his daughter, Sandy Creed Williams and her husband Chuck, his son Michael Creed and wife Katie; his brother, Gerald Creed and wife Carolyn; his sisters: Vickie Collyer and Brenda Blevins; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, March 7, 2026 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Orlando Chapel. A Celebration of Gary’s Life will be held in the funeral home chapel at 3:00 PM.
