Herberto Nicholas "Nicky" Burgos was born October 8, 1986 at Beth Israel Hospital. That was the happiest day for his parents, Jackie and Herberto. Nicky was born premature weighing 4lbs, 4oz but developed into a wonderful loving man.
Nicky leaves behind his nurturing parents, loving grandmother, his adorable children, siblings nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts uncles and a host of friends that loved him dearly.
