Herminia Ramos Ramos

April 24, 1931 - January 20, 2026

Herminia Ramos Ramos, born under the warm sun of Aguadilla, Puerto Rico, passed away peacefully on January 20, 2026. She was a woman whose life was a rhythmic masterpiece, composed of deep faith, resilient strength, and an overflowing love for her family.

As a mother of four and the matriarch to a vast legacy of grandchildren and great-grandchildren, she often said she was the first rose in our garden.

From her single, beautiful bloom, she cultivated a lifetime of petals— Herminia was the heartbeat of her home. To her family, she was more than a grandmother; she was a poet who saw the world through a lens of beauty, capturing the depth of the human spirit in her writing,

She believed that words had the power to transcend time, and her life was her most beautiful stanza. Though she has left this earthly stage, her verses remain written on the souls of everyone she raised and inspired. As the saying goes, To live in the hearts we leave behind is not to die." Herminia lives in every prayer whispered, every poem read, and every generation of the Ramos family that carries her light forward.

Private services will be held by the family.
