He was born on January 29, 1975, in Mayaguez, Puerto Rico, Israel's life was marked by compassion and a willingness to help others, leaving an indelible impact on all who knew him.
He had a career as a Plumber and General Contractor. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, listening to music, cooking Hispanic food specially Puerto Rican food, working on cars, etc. He loved his family, and they meant the world to him. Israel had a remarkable ability to bring joy to those around him.
He was a true people person, known for his good sense of humor that brightened everyone. His passion for being surrounded by loved ones was evident in everything he did, whether sharing in their joys or simply enjoying some time together.
Israel is preceded in death by his parents, Israel Velez and Norma Montalvo.
He is survived by his wife, Alexandra Bosque, his son, Israel Alejandro Velez and his daughter, Norma Alexandra Velez. In addition, he is survived by his brothers, Walding Velez and Wigmar Velez, his sister Niurka Velez, his 5 nephews Dylan, Diego, Carlos, Ediel and Christian, his grandmother Francisca Rodriguez, 3 uncles, 4 aunts and 21 cousins.
His family and friends will always carry his memory in their hearts.
