She is preceded in death by her husband, Albert M Weber, Sr., father, Charles S Stow and mother, Lettie B Stow.
She is survived by her son, Albert Marcus Weber, Jr., daughter, Stacey W Sarsoun, 4 grandchildren and brother, Charles Stow.
Private services will be held by the family.
