Mr. Jimmy Lee Simmons, 64 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2012. He was born on August 19, 1947 in Grayson, Louisiana to Mr. Anderson Jackson Simmons and Mrs. Ruby Lee Washington Simmons. He moved to Detroit, Michigan to begin a 35 year career with Crysler Corporation until retiring to Orlando.
He is survived by his wife, Sharon M. Simmons; daughter; Michelle N. Powell; son, DaShaun D. Simmons; brothers, Anderson, Curtis, Ronald, Arthur and Lavern Simmons; sister, Laura Ann Rocquemore and granddaughter, Andersen J. Powell.
He will be intered in Natchitoches, Louisiana.
