A visitation will be held on February 28, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Seminole, located at 335 E State Rd 434, Longwood, FL 32750. Following the visitation, a funeral service will take place from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location. She will be laid to rest at Queen of Angels Cemetery, 1901 Queen of Angels Drive, Winter Park, FL 32792, immediately following the funeral service.
Jo-Ann's life and contributions will be remembered fondly.
