John Robert Benford

John Robert Benford, age 49, passed away on June 17, 2026, surrounded with family. He leaves behind a legacy of love and memories that will forever remain in the hearts of those who knew him.

John was a loved son, father, Uncle and friend, whose humor and kindness touched us all. He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Linda Benford, his beloved daughter, Juliette Benford, her mother, Yvette Lookhoff, Sisters Kimberly Demole and Lori Tilton. John has several nieces and nephews that loved him immensely. Preceded in death by his father, George Benford and brother, SSG Jason Benford.

A graduate of Heidelberg University in Ohio, John built a successful career in sales through hard work and ability to connect with everyone. Whether with colleagues, customers, friends, or family, John had a gift for making others feel welcome and valued. Beyond his professional accomplishments, John found happiness on the golf course, where he enjoyed the camaraderie and challenge that the game brought him.
