John Medina was born in Chicago, Illinois on August 21, 1962 to Juan Medina and the late Gladys Ramirez. John passed away on May 18, 2018 in Orlando, Florida at the age of 55.
He will always be loved and remembered by his sisters Nancy Perez, Gladys Medina and Iris Smart;
his two brothers Tommy Medina ( Cookie) and Jamie Lebron; his children, Shavon, Christina, Jonathan and Ivelisse; his step children, Anthony, Nichole and Kaylene; several nieces, nephews and many grandchildren.
