He is survived by his mother, Sara Counsell of Orlando; father, David Perez Jr. of Orlando; brother, Anthony Perez; maternal grandparents, Laura Watters of Orlando and Jeff Counsell of Daytona Beach; step maternal grandfather, Mitch Duncan of Orlando; paternal grandparents, Yolanda Perez and David Perez Sr. both of Orlando.
Memorial services for Jonathan will be conducted at 6:00 PM on Thursday, October 26, 2006 in the chapel of Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, Orlando.
