Joseph Steven Ferber

FERBER, JOSEPH STEVEN, born in Hamilton, OH, to Francis Jacob Ferber and Donna Rose Lough Ferber, passed away May 25, 2025, after a lengthy illness at age 70. After moving to Orlando Florida, Joseph graduated from Oak Ridge High School, where he played football. He would later meet Elisabeth C. Busse and the two would go on to marry and have two sons.

Joseph was a do-it yourself, my way or the highway kind of guy. Owning and operating many businesses, with his most successful being Ferber Air Conditioning and Heating, in the Central Florida area.

Joseph is survived by his two sons, Michael Benjamin (Miranda) Ferber and Robert Jacob (Kristen) Ferber. In addition Joseph is survived by his 9 grand children; Lily Ann Ferber; Hyleia Katelyn Ferber; Skylin Marie Ferber; Emily Rose Ferber; Kyleigh Rae Ferber; Logan Robert Ferber; Ivy Grace Ferber; Ryker James Ferber; Scarlette Faith Ferber. Joseph has 9 siblings including Francis Ferber; David (Denise) Ferber of Morganton, NC; Vivian (Steve) Durkee; Marilyn Ferber; Diana Seal; Deborah (Glenn) Durkee; Cynthia Beauchamp-Ferber; Karen (Duane) Newman; Elizabeth (Mickey) Null and his good friends Roger and Georgie Spears, all from the Central Florida area.

A Celebration of Life event for Joseph is scheduled at First United Church of Christ of Orlando on Saturday, June 21, 2025 from 1:00pm to 5:00pm
