Julio R. Gutierrez, 76 of Orlando passed away Sat. Oct. 20, 2007. Born in Cumbre, Colombia, he moved to Central Florida in 1995. He was employeed with the Westgate Resort. He was a loving and devoted husband, father and grandfather and loved drawing and writing children's books.
He is survived by his wife of 51 years, Asceneth Gutierrez of Orlando; daughters, Beatriz Sardi, Patricia Castillo and Evelyn Tozzolo; son, Julio R. Gutierrez Jr; sister, Aura Gutierrez; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be conducted at 10:00 AM on Tues. Oct. 23, 2007 in the Chapel of Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Rd. Orlando. Visitation will be held on Monday evening from 5:00-9:00 PM.
