Julio’s journey took him from his birthplace in San Juan to the city of Chicago, Illinois, and later to Orlando, Florida, where he spent his life raising his family. He earned his degree from the University of Illinois, a testament to his commitment to education and personal growth.
Professionally, Julio served as a Federal Investigator for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), dedicating his career to ensuring fairness and accountability within the housing system.
Outside of his professional life, Julio was an avid sports enthusiast. He was a loyal fan of baseball and football and held a lifelong passion for the sport of boxing. His enthusiasm for sports often brought family and friends together, creating lasting memories filled with lively conversation and camaraderie.
