Kevin Louis of Orlando, Florida, passed away on December 23, 2025, at the age of 37. Born in Boston, Massachusetts, Kevin grew up in the steady embrace of family, friends, and a close knit community. From those early years emerged a person of uncommon gentleness, was thoughtful, intelligent, and quietly compassionate.
Kevin was preceded in death by his beloved mother, Marie C. Louis, who’s passing just six months earlier was a profound loss that weighed heavily on his heart, and by his father, Vilneuve Louis. He is survived by his siblings, Harry Louis, Wladimir Louis, and Fredline Louis; his nieces, Arielle Louis, Harlow Louis, and Naomi Marin; as well as extended family members and a wide circle of friends who loved him dearly.
In his professional life, Kevin worked within the healthcare field, where his compassion found daily expression. He took great pride in guiding others, particularly in helping individuals understand their options regarding medications, their safety, and their own agency in making informed decisions about their health. Kevin believed deeply in the power of knowledge and approached his work with care, responsibility, and a strong sense of purpose. For many, he was not just a professional, but a source of reassurance and trust.
Beyond his work, Kevin was intellectually curious and inwardly reflective. He loved to read, always eager to learn and explore new ideas, and he found joy in gaming, drawn to its strategy, creativity, and sense of connection. He was also deeply interested in business, often thinking ahead, analyzing, planning, and seeking understanding. These pursuits reflected his thoughtful nature and his desire for growth and meaning.
Kevin possessed a rare combination of warmth and intellect, and he had the gift of making people feel seen, listening without judgment, speaking with thoughtfulness, and offering understanding when it was most needed. His kindness was never performative, but sincere and rooted in a genuine concern for others. In moments large and small, Kevin showed up for his friends and family. He valued relationships deeply, cherished time together, and never took the people in his life for granted. His laughter, insight, generosity, and steady presence will be forever missed.
Kevin’s life, though far too brief, was marked by purpose, compassion, and love. His legacy lives on in the lives he touched, the people he helped, and the countless acts of kindness many quiet, many unseen, that defined who he was. He will be remembered not only for what he did, but for how he lived: as a loving brother, a devoted family member, and, above all, a truly good person.
