Larry Eugene Ryckman

Larry Eugene Ryckman, departed this life on July 3, 2017 in Orlando, FL at the age of 72. He was born and raised in Imlay City, MI. Larry was the beloved son of the late William Albert and Maude Hix Ryckman. He was one of seven children.

Larry furthered his studies at Baker College in Michigan, and later led a successful career in the automotive stamping industry, retiring from Lapeer Metal Products. In his down time, he appreciated nature and being outdoors, especially when hunting or fishing. He also had a natural "green thumb" and truly enjoyed gardening.

He has been a resident of Central Florida since 2015 coming from North Branch, MI. He will be remembered as a wonderful and loving husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather, uncle and friend.

Memories will be cherished by his beloved wife of 52 years, Nancy; children, Kimberly Hanthorn (Walter) and Bill Ryckman (Joyce); siblings, Beatrice Kreiner, Albert Ryckman (Loxi), Carl Ryckman, Lynn Ryckman (Gloria), Bonnie Bader (Bob), and Daniel Ryckman (Bonita); grandchildren, Krisandra Hanthorn, Sean Hanthorn, Jayme Browning (Russell) and Shayne Ruthsatz (Ryan); great-grandchildren, Reagan, Kayiah, Khorei, Keishan, Khaynon and Khortez; and numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members and friends.

Visitation will be held from 10AM to 12PM on Saturday, July 8, 2017 at the Eastland Baptist Church, 9000 Lake Underhill Road, Orlando, FL with a funeral service to follow at 12PM.
