Leon Maggio

Leon Maggio, 90 of Daytona Beach, Florida passed away on October 7, 2026.

Leon was born on July 15, 1936 in Brooklyn, New York. He worked for many years as a Stockbroker on Wall Street in New York.  He was an entrepreneur, owning several businesses.

He was an avid tennis player and enjoyed fishing. He was devoted to his family and caring for them. He had a great sense of humor that kept everyone laughing.

Leon is survived by his son, Charles Maggio and wife Rebekah; his granddaughters:  Alexa and Sophia and his nephew, Vincent.  He was preceded in death by his son, Leon Maggio, Jr. and by his sister, Lucy Anne.

The family will receive friends on Thursday, October 15, 2026 from 11:00 AM - 12:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, Winter Park Chapel.  A Funeral Service will be held at 12:00 PM in the funeral home chapel.
