Lewis William Howard, age 76, of Orlando, FL passed away Monday August 29, 2016.
Lewis was a Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother, Uncle and Friend. He was born in Kansas City, MO. He proudly served our country in the Air Force. Then he worked at NASA and went on to run his own Insurance company. He was a proud member of the Masons. Lewis meet Lorrain at a drive-in restaurant on July 3rd, 1961, and he went on to Marry her later that year on Sept. 3rd. During their years together they raised two wonderful daughters, Theresa Reynolds and Delinda Terry. He also enjoyed helping with their grandson Jacob Strano. Who was a blessing in his life. He enjoyed playing golf and watching Nascar racing. He is survived by his loving wife, Lorrain, and his two daughters, Theresa and Delinda, and a grandson Jacob. Also, his brothers Milton, Patrick and Mickey Howard ,sisters Sharon Long and Cindy Rivers, along with numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. He will be missed by many.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Saturday September 10, 2016 starting at 1pm at Lockwood Missionary Baptist Church, 16224 Old Cheney Hwy, Orlando, FL 32833.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
Arrangements are by the Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel).
