In Loving Memory of Lily Perez

It is with profound sorrow and unwavering faith in God’s promises that we announce the passing of our beloved Lily Perez, who entered into eternal rest with her Lord and Savior on July 20, 2026, at the age of 46.

Lily was born on June 21, 1980, in the Philippines. She lived a life filled with grace, compassion, and an unshakable devotion to God. As a faithful servant of the Lord and devoted member of the Seventh-day Adventist Church, Lily’s life was a reflection of her faith. She loved the Lord deeply and shared His love through her kindness, generosity, and the gentle spirit she carried throughout her life.

Lily was the beloved wife of Ruben Perez and the devoted mother of Leah Perez and Christian Perez. Her family was the center of her world, and she treasured every moment spent loving, nurturing, and supporting them. She leaves behind a legacy of faith, love, and perseverance that will continue to inspire all who knew her.

Professionally, Lily worked remotely in finance, where she was admired for her dedication, integrity, and warm-hearted nature. She touched the lives of many through both her work and her friendships, leaving an indelible mark on everyone fortunate enough to know her.

Lily fought a courageous battle against cancer with extraordinary strength and unwavering faith. Through every challenge, she remained steadfast in her trust in God, never allowing her illness to define her spirit. Even in her most difficult days, she continued to encourage others, offer prayers of comfort, and demonstrate a peace that could only come from her deep relationship with Christ. Her courage became a testimony of God’s grace and His sustaining love.

Though cancer may have touched her earthly body, it never conquered her spirit. Today, she is free from pain, healed and whole in the presence of her Savior.

Lily will be lovingly remembered by her husband, children, family, friends, church family, and all whose lives she so beautifully touched. Her radiant smile, gentle heart, and faithful spirit will forever remain in our hearts.

We take comfort in knowing that Lily has heard the words every faithful servant longs to hear:

“His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.”— Matthew 25:21 (KJV)

While we grieve her absence, we rejoice in the blessed hope of Christ’s promise and look forward to the glorious day when we will be reunited with her in eternity.

Lily’s life was a beautiful testimony that faith is stronger than fear, love is greater than loss, and God’s promises are forever true.
