Luis M. Velez, age 43 of Orlando, passed away Thursday, September 15, 2005. He was born to Carlos Velez and Maria Gonzalez on September 16, 1961 in Utuado, Puerto Rico. Luis is survived by his parents and his brothers and sisters; Carmen Lydia Velez, Robert Velez, Carlos Velez, Jr., Ivette Velez, Raymond Velez, Nelson Velez and Lillian Bowman. Visitation for Mr. Velez will be held on Monday, September 19, 2005 from 5-9PM at Newcomer Family Funeral Home, 895 S. Goldenrod Road, East Orlando.
