Manuel A. Cano, a cherished soul, peacefully departed this world on August 27, 2025, at the age of 81 in Orlando, Florida. Born on August 17, 1944, in the vibrant city of Havana, Cuba, Manuel made his journey to the United States in 1962, driven by a deep love for his family and a dedication to bringing them to the land of opportunity.
With immense perseverance, Manuel worked tirelessly, displaying an unwavering commitment to ensure that his loved ones could join him. His resilience was matched only by his enormous heart, which he generously shared with all who knew him.
A lover of the beach, Manuel found tranquility in the rhythmic lapping of waves and delight in spending time fishing along the shore. He was also an avid traveler, embracing new experiences and adventures wherever they could be found. A devout Catholic and a proud member of St. Joseph Catholic Church, his faith infused his life with purpose and community.
Family was the centerpiece of Manuel’s life; his joy radiated in the love he had for them. In 1971, he married his soulmate, Dinorah, with whom he shared 54 beautiful years. Together, they built a life filled with warmth, laughter, and love. Manuel is lovingly remembered by his devoted wife, Dinorah, and his two sons, Daniel and David Cano, as well as by an extended family and a circle of friends who will forever hold him in their hearts.
His legacy of kindness, hard work, and family devotion will continue to inspire all whose lives he touched. Manuel A. Cano will be dearly missed, but his spirit will live on in the memories and love of those he leaves behind.
