Marilyn Louise Shilling

Marilyn Shilling, age 78, of Longwood, Florida, passed away peacefully on October 29, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on June 12, 1947, in Kittanning, Pennsylvania, to Eugene and Edna Fry, Marilyn grew up with a deep love for family and a lifelong passion for teaching. She was a devoted mother to Melissa and Tom and a proud grandmother to Shae and Aiden, who brought her endless joy.

Marilyn was known for her kind heart, gentle spirit, and the way she made everyone feel loved and welcome. She cherished quiet moments spent reading and treasured every opportunity to be with her family, who were the center of her world.

A private viewing will be held on November 4, 2025, followed by a celebration of Marilyn’s life at 114 Rose Briar Drive, Longwood, Florida 32750.

Her warmth, love, and grace will live on forever in the hearts of all who were blessed to know her.
