He was born in Bradenton, Florida. He was the owner of a carpet cleaning company.
Duane loved fishing, cooking and dancing. He always made everyone laugh. He was a practical joker who was always pulling pranks.
Duane is survived by his wife, Maria Elmore; daughters, Marsha Lloyd and Gerlyn Ramirez; brother, Carl Elmore, sisters, JennerRae Williams and Nancy Elmore; grandsons, Tommy Lloyd and Tyler Lloyd, granddaughters, Ariana Ramirez and Elena Ramirez.
