Maxima Perdomo, beloved mother, cherished friend, and devoted member of her community, passed away peacefully on May 30, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. She was born on March 16, 1939, in the Dominican Republic, where she began a journey marked by resilience, kindness, and a deep commitment to her family.
Maxima’s beginnings in the Dominican Republic shaped her strong character and her nurturing spirit. Those who knew her were forever touched by her motherly kindness—a quality that became her hallmark throughout her life. Guided by compassion and unwavering love, Maxima dedicated herself to the people close to her heart.
Her work as a factory worker spoke to her diligence and enduring work ethic. Maxima approached each day with resolve and pride, contributing meaningfully to her workplace and demonstrating a strength that inspired those around her.
Nothing brought Maxima more pride than her family, whom she held above all else. Her greatest accomplishment and ongoing legacy is reflected in those she loved and cared for, especially her son, Luis Johnston, who survives her and carries forward her values, warmth, and perseverance.
Maxima was preceded in death by her beloved father, Luis Perdomo, and her dear mother, Ana Belliard. Their memories lived in her heart and were evident in the generous way she gave to others.
