Mazie W. Wise

Mazie Wise was born on February 23rd, 1933 in Iager, WV and passed away on May 26th, 2025 in Orlando, her home of 67 years. 

Mazie moved to Orlando in 1959 with her mother and sisters. Shortly after arriving in Orlando she began work at Martin Marietta and devoted 37 years there until her retirement in 1996. In 1961 she married James Robert Wise III in Orlando. They enjoyed each other’s company until 2009 when her husband passed away. Mazie is survived by her son, James R. Wise IV of Lake Worth, FL, daughter-in-law, Candace and grandchildren Delaney and Conner. 

Memorial services will be held on Friday, June 6th, 2025 at 5:00pm at Newcomer Funeral Home Orlando (895 S Goldenrod Rd, Orlando, FL 32822). Family will receive friends from 4-5 pm.
