Michael Herreran, 71
Michael "Fenny" Herreran, 71 of Casselberry, Florida, passed away Friday, October 13th, 2017 at his home surrounded by love and his wife Janis, and children Matthew and Rebecca by his side.
A celebration of life service will be held at 11:30am, Wednesday October 18th at Newcomer Funeral Home, South Seminole Chapel, 335 East State Road 434, Longwood, FL 32750, Father Xavier will be officiating.
Michael was born July 7th, 1946 in Manchester, England to Michael and Rose (Doran) Herreran. On August 17th, 1974 he married Janis Abbott in Leicester, England. Michael loved carpentry and spent most of his career doing what he loved until he was forced to stop due to his illness. Michael spent a lot of time building and creating his own masterpieces for his family home. He was always there to help with carpentry projects or whatever else his family needed from him. Michael loved to travel with his wife and they had many wonderful adventures together. He also enjoyed spending time with his children, grandchildren and family. And was an avid lover of "British Football" soccer.
Michael is survived by his wife Janis of 43 years, son Matthew (Kevin Nelms) Herreran, daughter Rebecca (Byron) Wilson, sisters Maureen Karlavazides, Evelyn Grost, Rosie (Terrence) Boyle, brother Brendan (Anthea) Herreran, Grandchildren, Ariana, Michael, Shaelyn, Allyson & Julia, and many loving nieces, nephews and extended family. Michael was a loving, father, husband, grandfather and friend to all.
