Michael Sharpe

Michael Sharpe, a cherished individual known for his mild-mannered nature and penchant for humor, passed away on September 28, 2025, in Sanford, Florida. He was born on September 24, 1963, in McMinnville, Tennessee.

Michael's personality glimmered through his quiet demeanor, yet he captivated many with his storytelling and passion for history and geography. His love for old historic homes and architecture was evident in his keen interest in the world around him. Additionally, Michael harbored a fascination with the paranormal and found joy in traveling on trains, exploring the landscapes and tales each journey held.

He is survived by his father, Buddy Sharpe, and his step-mother, Glenda Sharpe. Michael's siblings include Kristy Galeota, brothers Eric Scott (Beth) Sharpe, Ryan (Kellie) Sharpe, and Gregory (Tonya) Johnson, as well as his sister Regina (Frank) Hutto. He was also a beloved uncle to several nieces and nephews, who will fondly remember the anecdotes he shared and the warmth in his presence.

Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Patsy Underwood, and two sisters, Tina Bryant and Gena Wylie. Their memories will undoubtedly be honored by those who loved him.
