He is survived by his father, Buddy Sharpe, and his step-mother, Glenda Sharpe. Michael's siblings include Kristy Galeota, brothers Eric Scott (Beth) Sharpe, Ryan (Kellie) Sharpe, and Gregory (Tonya) Johnson, as well as his sister Regina (Frank) Hutto. He was also a beloved uncle to several nieces and nephews, who will fondly remember the anecdotes he shared and the warmth in his presence.
