Mr. Miguel Angel Melendez, 78 of Orlando, Florida passed away on Monday, August 29, 2011. He was born on May 20, 1933 in Salinas, Puerto Rico to Pablo Melendez and Juanita Class Melendez. Mr. Melendez was a retired Administrator at the University of Puerto Rico and was of the Catholic Faith. He served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War.
He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Aida de Melendez; daughters, Mayra Melendez and Rosaida Melendez; 4 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
