Mireya Sosa

Mireya Sosa, a beloved figure known for her dedication and kindness, passed away on March 20, 2026. 

Throughout her life, Mireya was celebrated as one of the sweetest people, consistently embodying kindness and warmth that touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her gentle spirit and considerate nature left an indelible impression on friends, family, and colleagues alike.

Mireya is survived by her brother, Tony Sosa, and her cousin, Osvaldo “Dee” Sosa, who remember her fondly and carry forward the light she brought into their lives. She was predeceased by her loving parents, Carmen Sosa Sanchez and Antonio Sosa, who undoubtedly shaped the compassionate woman Mireya became.

The community will gather to honor Mireya’s memory and celebrate her remarkable life with a visitation on March 25, 2026, from 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Newcomer Funeral Home, East Orlando. The funeral service will follow the next morning on March 26 at 9:00 AM at the same location, offering family, friends, and all who knew her an opportunity to pay their respects.

Following the service, Mireya will be laid to rest at Chapel Hill Cemetery. The burial is scheduled to begin at 10:00 AM.

Mireya Sosa’s legacy of kindness, dedication, and gentle spirit will be lovingly remembered by all who were fortunate to know her. Her life was a testament to the impact one individual can make through compassion and sincerity. She will be deeply missed and forever cherished in the hearts of her family and community.
