Mizhraim Peña Delgado, a dedicated ministry leader, devoted father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on September 26, 2025, in Orlando, Florida, at the age of 83. Born on April 25, 1942, in Las Piedras, Puerto Rico, Mizhraim exemplified a life of service, integrity, and faith throughout his 57 years in ministry.

Mizhraim's pursuit of God led him to attend the Assemblies of God Bible College in New York City from 1960 to 1963, shaping his theological foundation and equipping him to lead his congregations with wisdom and grace.  He began his ministerial journey as a layman before being ordained as a pastor in 1966. Mizhraim ministered in various locations including New York, Chicago, Ohio, and Puerto Rico, making a significant impact on countless lives. His commitment to his calling took him beyond borders as he served as a missionary in Haiti. He faithfully retired from his pastoral roles as a respected presbyter bishop, leaving behind a legacy rooted in compassion and service.

Known for his stern personality, he was regarded as a man of the highest integrity and a devout Christian. His proudest accomplishments included not only his dedication to the church but also his tireless work serving the community during natural disasters by opening the church to those in need. A special cause close to his heart was counseling individuals facing drug addiction, a testament to his compassionate spirit and commitment to helping others.

After retiring from active church service, Mizhraim found joy in playing dominos, a leisurely pursuit that provided both relaxation and entertainment.

He is survived by his loving children: Mizhraim Peña Gonzalez, Jr., Joel Peña, Doris Torres, David Peña Gonzalez, Daniel Peña Gonzalez, Lydia Peña Gonzalez, Samuel Peña Gonzalez, Ruth Ramirez, Carlos Peña Gonzalez, Eliud Peña Gonzalez, and Moises Peña Gonzalez. He is also remembered fondly by his extensive family, which includes 33 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchildren.
