Nhu D. Nguyen

Tan Nguyen, 54

Tan Nguyen, a devoted husband, father, and friend, passed away peacefully on September 20, 2025. He was born on January 3, 1971, in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, and dedicated his life to family and service to others.

Tan worked many jobs throughout his life—including as an electrical engineer, business owner, and self-employed professional—but his greatest joy was being an incredible father and husband. His presence was always felt at home, and he will be remembered for his love of playing chess, enjoying good food, and traveling to new places, especially the beach.

He is survived by his loving wife, Hang Than; his sons, Thang Nguyen and Tien Nguyen; and many extended family and friends who will cherish his memory. He was preceded in death by his parents, Man Nguyen and Nuong Tu.

A memorial service will be held on September 28, 2025, at 3:30 p.m. at Newcomer Winter Park.
