He is survived by his parents, Canise N. Cook and Ryan C. Hubbard; grandparents, Gina Y. Hopkins, Adrian M. Caradine, Terri L. Hubbard and Rodney D. Babb.
Visitation is Tuesday, June 20, 2017, from 10:00AM to 12:00PM. Memorial Services will begin at 11:00AM at Newcomer Funeral Home (East Orlando Chapel), 895 South Goldenrod Road, Orlando, Florida 32822.
