Nilda Negron Quinones, a cherished mother, devoted wife, beloved grandmother and sister-in-law, passed away peacefully on May 20, 2026, in Orlando, Florida. Born on May 24, 1959, in New York City, New York, Nilda’s life was a tapestry of dedication, generosity, and boundless love, which touched all who knew her.

Nilda’s professional journey was marked by significant accomplishments and unwavering commitment. She devoted 15 years as a sales associate at AT&T Wireless, where her excellence was recognized with several awards. Prior to that, she contributed her skills for seven years as a microchip processor at Lucent Technology. Keen to expand her expertise, Nilda completed a degree in medical billing and coding at Florida Technical College, demonstrating her determination and brilliance.

Remembered for her warm and nurturing spirit, Nilda was known to treat everyone as her own children. Her personality was radiant and heartfelt—she would do anything for anybody, from making your favorite food to teaching you how to cook. She had a playful soul and loved spending time with children, often acting like one of them herself. She was beloved by all who had the privilege of knowing her.

Nilda’s creativity flourished through her hobbies and interests. She loved creating arts and crafts, painting, and cooking, filling her home with beauty and warmth. Her thoughtful nature and generosity left an indelible mark on her family and community.

Above all, Nilda’s proudest accomplishment was her family. She is lovingly remembered by her husband, Angel Quinones; her children, Doel Moreno, Rafael Moreno, Veronica Kicklighter, Angel George Quinones, Krystal Mastrangelo, and Christopher Cortez; and her brother, Antonio Negron. Her grandchildren Jaylen Moreno, Jaloni Moreno, Jye Moreno, Kiana Moreno, Truth Kicklighter, Legacy Kicklighter, Leanna Mastrangelo, Landon Mastrangelo, and Dominic Quinones. She was predeceased by her father, Antonio Negro; her mother, Juana Feliciano; her sisters, Edna Diaz and Maria Caban; and her brother, Edwin Negron.

Nilda Negron Quinones embodied a generous and brilliant soul—her memory will endure in the hearts of her loved ones and the many lives she touched through kindness, love, and unwavering devotion.
