Nohora Molina, whose vibrant spirit and unwavering devotion enriched the lives of all who knew her, passed away on April 30, 2026. Throughout her life, Nohora was a beacon of love, kindness, and joy, known for her laughter and infectious sense of humor that could brighten any room she entered. She was not only beloved for her outgoing personality and heartfelt smile but also cherished for the loyalty and deep love she held for her husband and family.
Born with dreams of becoming a teacher, Nohora’s path led her to become a skilled seamstress and devoted homemaker, roles through which she expressed her creativity and cared tenderly for those around her. She took great pride in her heritage and maintained a strong connection to her roots, cherishing her identity as a Vial and celebrating her French ancestry with genuine pride.
Family was the cornerstone of Nohora’s life. Despite nurturing a family of her own, she kept the bonds with her brothers, sisters, mother, and father close to her heart throughout her life. One of her proudest accomplishments was bringing her family to the United States in 1969, a testament to her determination and love.
Nohora's passions extended beyond her family. She was an exceptional cook, renowned especially for her delicious arepas, a culinary specialty that brought joy to many gatherings. Her love of music and dance was evident to all who witnessed her beautiful singing voice and spirited dancing, which were expressions of her zest for life.
She is survived by her beloved children, Blanca Cecilia Casallas, Mireya Santos, Luis Eduardo Molina, Jr., Alfonso Molina, and Sonia Nora Bayona, who carry forward her legacy of warmth and resilience. She was preceded in death by her devoted husband, Luis E. Molina.
Friends, family, and all who were touched by Nohora's radiant presence are invited to celebrate her life and legacy during these services. Her ability to light up reunions and gatherings was unparalleled, always serving as the heart of joyful moments, making every occasion memorable through her humor and kindness.
