He is preceded in death by his parents, Jacob Santiago and Delia Diaz. He is survived by his wife, Dora Isabel Santiago, daughters, Laura Santiago and Olynette Santiago, 5 grandchildren, brothers, Eli Santiago and Pedro L. Santiago, sister, Eneida Maestre, and god-daughter, Neidin Ashley Torres,
Visitation is Saturday, July 24, 2021 from 11am to 2pm, then again from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, with funeral service starting at 7:00 pm at Newcomer Cremations, Funerals & Receptions (Winter Park Chapel), 3806 Howell Branch Rd, Winter Park, Florida 32792.
