Pascal S. Bono, a beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, passed away on March 23, 2026. Born on June 8, 1933, in Buffalo, New York, Pascal dedicated his life to his family and his craft.
Pascal was known throughout his life as a funny and jovial man, a true jokester with a heart full of warmth and love for those around him. His devotion to his family was evident in all he did, and he prided himself on the home he built both literally and figuratively. Among his proudest accomplishments was remodeling his entire house with his own hands—his handyman skills were unmatched and a testament to his resourcefulness and determination. There was truly nothing Pascal couldn’t fix.
Professionally, Pascal was a skilled donut maker who owned his own donut shop, where he brought smiles to many faces not only through his baking but also through his engaging personality. Beyond his work, he found joy in sports, following baseball, football, and hockey. A steadfast fan of the Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees, and Buffalo Sabres, Pascal’s enjoyment was shared with family and friends. He also loved bowling, where he met his wife of 72 years.
Pascal is survived by his loving wife, Ann Bono; devoted children, Deborah A. Klopp and her husband Jim Klopp, Cheryl A. Campagnolo and her husband George Campagnolo, Charles Bono and his wife Karen Bono, and Patricia A. Remp and her husband David Remp. He also leaves behind cherished grandchildren: Anthony Campagnolo and Amanda, Charles Bono, Angela Page and her husband Tim, Chase Wilkerson, and Ashley Garbacz and her husband Nick; along with treasured great-grandchildren: Cloey Campagnolo, Kendall Campagnolo, Abigail Page, Jolie Garbacz, Eli Page, Eve Page, Matteo Garbacz, and Baby Page. Additionally, Pascal's nephew Joseph Puma and niece Camille Primerana and her husband Phil mourn his passing and celebrate his life.
Pascal was preceded in death by his father, Charles Bono; mother, Lucy Maggio; brother, Joseph Bono; and sisters, Florence Licata and Margaret Puma. Their memories remain cherished in the hearts of all who knew him.
Pascal S. Bono’s legacy is one of humor, love, dedication, and a remarkable ability to bring people together through his kindness and skill. He will be deeply missed but fondly remembered by those fortunate enough to have shared in his life.
