She was born in Terre Haute, Indiana, the daughter of Chester and Queenie (Berford) Pedigo. She was a homemaker. Patricia was Presbyterian.
She was preceded in death by her parents Chester "Dan" and Queenie Pedigo, husband, William A. Spakowski and son, William D. Spakowski.
Patricia is survived by her daughter, Debra L. (John A.) Morgan of Orlando, FL and three grandsons, Anthony A. Morgan, Jeremy A. Morgan and Dominick A. Morgan.
