Polonio Martinez, age 81 of Orlando, passed away at home on Thursday, December 4. He was born in Arecibo, Puerto Rico on June 15, 1927. He is survived by his wife Sylvia; daughters Zelma Byrn, Mirta Schaeffer(George); grandchildren Kim Byrn, Magdalena Garcia, Martin Irish; great-grandson Julius Garcia; brother Lorenzo Martinez(Antonia). Visitation for Mr. Martinez will be held from 6:30PM-9:00PM Sunday, December 7 at Newcomer Funeral Home, Orlando. Funeral services will be held at 11:30AM Monday, December 8 at the funeral home. Interment will follow at Greenwood Cemetery, Orlando.
