He was born in Santurce, Puerto Rico. He was a medical doctor.
Rafael is survived by his wife, Sonia, sons, Rafael C. Pagan and Antonio A. Pagan, daughter, Celia P. Raffucci, granddaughter, Bianca A. Pagan, grandson, Sebastian R. Pagan, sister, Celia M Pagan.
In lieu of flowers the family graciously requests contributions be made in memory of Rafael to Hospice of the Comforter,480 W. Central Pkwy., Altamonte Springs, FL 32714.
